Il s’agira d’évoquer l’impact réel et symbolique de la crise financière et économique ainsi que ses conséquences dans le travail social - entendu globalement comme activités de soutien à la personne ou au groupe en difficulté, quel qu’en soit le secteur. Quel changement produit-elle dans les pratiques professionnelles et dans les politiques d’établissement de formation ? Et dans quelle forme de stratégies pourrait-on s’inscrire pour y faire face, tenant compte des réalités partagées et des spécificités de chaque pays?
L’objectif en sera de présenter les aspects les plus significatifs du questionnement dans chaque pays et de proposer des pistes ou repères pour une vraie réflexion à la fois sur le contexte économique et social de crise et sur la posture professionnelle, éthique voire citoyenne du travailleur social.
Il est à noter que les différents champs du social et de l’éducatif sont conviés à travers des témoignages ou expériences de terrain, mais aussi de management d’établissement, de formation ou d’enseignement dans les écoles ou universités.
It will be about the real and symbolic impact of the financial and economic crisis and its consequences as budget cuts, in social work understood as support activities to the person or group in need, whatever the sector. Which changes does it produce in professional practices and training policies? And what form of strategies could we adopt to deal with this special period, taking into account the shared realities and specificities of each country?
The aim will be to present the most significant aspects of these questions in each country and suggest ways and benchmarks for a true reflection about the context of the crisis and the professional, ethical or even citizen posture of social worker.
